Ashley,
I have to ask. Why list his injuries? Is this an attempt to garner some sympathy for him? He's not a victim, far from it. He did this to himself. Thank God he didn't take anyone with him. And sometimes bad people do bad things, which appears to be the case here. -

Bobby,
Go sell a timeshare and use the money to get a real lawyer.
The Portsmouth Town Council does have standing as the legally elected representatives of the citizens of said town, since the implementation of the tolls will have a negative effect on the citizens. But you knew that right? Cause you learned all about civil law and procedure in JAG clerk school. -

Herb,
Bobby O is just angry because the PBA wouldn't pay for his "fantasy" lawsuit.Right Bobby O? You know, the lawsuit you were going to file even though you have no lawyer.
Bobby wanted to be the hero and save the island from the toll. Then he found out that there was nothing he could do about it.
Yes, his timeshares sales are going so good that he needed the PBA to fund his "Article 5" lawsuit. This is the same clown that sends letters to Chief Justice Suttel thinking that the RISC will step in. I guess they didn't teach due process and procedure in JAG clerk school.

Hey Bobby,
How about you show us the RIGL that says a Not for profit can't hold rallies, lobby, and put information on their webpage? You can't. Because they don't exist. You stepped in it this time pal.
And by the way, Mr. Law expert. It's the Portsmouth TOWN Council.

Hey Bobby,
Can you read?
The reason I ask, is because there are five exemptions to the RI lobbyist registration rule. Here is the funny one: "People whose sole lobbying activity is testifying at a public hearing of a legislative committee or commission on behalf of a nonprofit organization and who receive no compensation from that nonprofit organization and for whom that organization expends no funds related to the appearance "
But this must be wrong, right Bobby? Because it is in direct contravention to what you have been posting. How can that be?????? Are you wrong???? YUP!

I can not believe that any person can be as stupid as you are.
You moron, the PEDC doesn't make decisions.
What you would have to show is that Ray VOTED on an issue involving the PBA. and you can't. You are screwed. I can not believe you were ever stupid enough to put this in writing. Thank you.
Using your logic, no property owner in Portsmouth could ever serve on the Town Council. No parent could ever serve on the School committee. You are truly clueless.

Bobby O,
by your own admission, you have violated the law many times. You are a convicted criminal. And in one case you were sentenced to a year in the ACI. -

I am so glad I just saved this. Libel and slander.
I hope you really do own all those timeshares, because your going to need them to pay off the judgment against you.

MADD is not against lowering the BAC to .05%. The Bay State chapter President is, saying, “We think the best way to save lives would be to continue to enforce existing laws, in addition to expanding the ignition-lock program for convicted offenders.” Which was one of the recommendations from the NTSB. The MADD National President stated in her op/ed piece in The NY Times (16May13), "Singling out a lower blood alcohol level is not enough; we must focus on other initiatives too."....
