Once the last piece of Thanksgiving pie has been finished and the dishes have been cleared, many Americans start to think about the next step in the holiday process — shopping. Black Friday brings out the more ambitious shoppers to the big stores at midnight, followed by Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday for those who like to avoid the crowds.
